ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans based on the requirements provided by architects or engineers.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in drawings for both commercial and residential projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that drawings meet specifications and industry standards. Maintain project documentation and keep drawings up to date.
• Coordinate with construction teams to clarify any drawing-related questions.
• Apply knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building regulations to create efficient and compliant designs.
• Create detailed architectural designs, plans, and technical drawings for a variety of projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet client requirements.
• Prepare layouts, elevations, and sections with precision and accuracy.
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
• Modify designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and project timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in architectural designing.

Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion or similar Rendering software.
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
