A context-sensitive habitat planning framework was developed for Kalash Village, grounded in inclusive and resilience-oriented planning principles. Mirzo Awan is being transformed into a Climate Change Resilient Model Town in Sindh, Pakistan. Home to over 1,000 residents, the village has repeatedly faced devastating floods. Sheher Saaz is dedicated to building resilient homes and sustainable communities for those displaced and at risk. The project prioritizes enhancing water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities. Guided by a comprehensive feasibility study, it incorporates climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, while promoting social equity and inclusion to ensure that all stakeholders, particularly the most vulnerable, are supported.
The Ferozpur Road Corridor, extending approximately 29.4 km from Muslim Town to Gajju Matta, is envisioned as a comprehensive urban design intervention aimed at revitalizing underutilized spaces and enhancing corridor efficiency. The project focuses on optimizing land use, improving streetscape quality, and transforming neglected areas into active, functional urban spaces and pedestrian-friendly environment.
The hotel project is strategically located on an 8,221 m² site with excellent connectivity to major roads and is just 15 km from Abha International Airport, ensuring easy access for both local and international travelers. This prime location, designated for commercial use, offers flat topography making it ideal for construction. The hotel will feature culturally themed rooms that reflect the rich heritage of the region, alongside eco-friendly design elements that emphasize sustainability.
