Full-time, Internship Sheher Saaz is looking for Geographical Information Analysts.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, manage, and analyze spatial and non-spatial data from diverse sources.

Design and produce high-quality maps, spatial models, and analytical reports.

Maintain and update GIS databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
-
Conduct spatial analysis to support urban planning, environmental management, and community development initiatives.
-
Work collaboratively with planners, architects, engineers, and project managers.
-
Automate GIS workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
-
Provide GIS training and technical support to internal teams.
-
Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Hands-on experience with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo).

Strong knowledge of spatial analysis techniques and cartography.

Experience with database systems like SQL Server or PostGIS is preferred.
-
Familiarity with remote sensing and GPS technologies is a plus.

Skills in Python, R, or JavaScript for GIS automation are an advantage.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Note: Preference will be given to Lahore-based candidates with experience in the Digitization.
