The Al-HAI A’Thaqafi Project is an innovative development spanning an area of 14.4 square kilometers in the southwest of Nizwa, Sultanate of Oman. Recognized as the first Smart City of Oman, this project integrates cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices to create a futuristic urban environment. Al-HAI A’Thaqafi offers a blend of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents. The smart city infrastructure includes advanced energy management systems, efficient public transportation, and high-speed connectivity, ensuring seamless integration of daily activities. With a focus on sustainability, the project features green buildings, ample green spaces, and eco-friendly amenities.
We revitalized the corporate office building complex in Muscat Oman, in order to provide cutting egde corporate facilities to IT & banking sector in the capital city.
In Syria, AKAH is formulating a Resilience Plan for Salamiyah City to address current needs and accommodate future demographics up to 2050. Sheher Saaz Pvt Ltd is consulting on the project, conducting an in-depth analysis of Salamiyah's urban landscape, identifying weaknesses, and developing a detailed habitat and neighborhood-level architectural plan. The Kpone affordable housing project, a partnership between the Ghanaian government and a US-Ghanaian firm, involves building 2,500 housing units in Kpone.

Provincial Housing Authority KP's ground-breaking housing scheme in Ghoriwala Bannu spanning on area 1500 acres offering its residents the perfect blend of urban convenience and natural tranquility with diverse residential units, commercial markets, educational complex, sewerage treatment plant among other civic amenities.

The Qurban Lines Transformation Project aims to redevelop and modernize the existing area, which currently houses various offices and officer residences, into a state-of-the-art residential colony. This transformation will include the development of comprehensive community facilities such as community centers, grand mosques, parks, playgrounds, and other essential civic amenities. The project seeks to create a sustainable, inclusive, and vibrant living environment that meets contemporary standards of comfort and convenience.
An affordable housing project located opposite to cadet college Okara on Okara Faisalabad road comprising 3 marla and 5 marla housing units with all type of allied facilities including parks& playgrounds, community center and cinema, commercial and public buildings etc.
The housing project is located near railway track Mureedke around 5 km from Kala Shah Kaku and 27 Km from Lahore. The project encompasses 3 Marla, 5 Marla, 7 Marla, and 10 Marla housing units as well as other allied facilities. Sheher Saaz has chiefly provided services regarding approval/submission of revised lay out a plan – master plan, infrastructure design, rehabilitation of access road from GT road to the railway crossing, designing and construction of a state of the art main entrance gate to the housing scheme design and construction of site office, landscaping of main boulevard and adjacent green belts while keeping in view future extension. Sheher Saaz Pvt ltd also provided input in preparing a detailed water and sanitation plan. drainage plan, solid waste management plan.
Lahore Times Square, located along Shabir Sharif Boulevard in DHA Phase 6, will be a mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial, and mixed-use towers, a five-star hotel, a shopping destination, and a mosque. Spanning 451 kanal (2,029,500 sqft), it will be near Lahore's international airport and 25 km from the railway station. The project includes 32 G+30 floor towers and will be the first LEED-certified neighborhood development in the region, with a proposed density comparable to Hong Kong.

Due to the changing economic situation the financial constraints of public transport have become more and more important. The government is no longer willing to account for all deficits of the public transport companies. The policy has changed into granting a single subsidy with which the public transport companies have to offer service which can compete with other modes and transport facilities for those who cannot travel otherwise. This project was about to design of public transport service concepts and networks in Defense Housing Authority Lahore. An attempt has been made by Sheher Saaz to define some basic concepts that are useful for public transport planners and decision makers when they want to create high quality public transport services in their region.

Car ownership is growing rapidly among wealthier households, increasing congestion and emissions, and potentially leading to patterns of land use that make access difficult for the poor. To address these challenges, more than a hundred cities in the developing world have recently built mass transit systems. Lahore is one of those lucky cities to have a running BRT system. The client intended mapping of environmental and social economic profile along BRT corridor 1 from Gajumatta to Shahdara in Lahore. The environmental factors in any sort of plan are important to consider because they have long term effects on the health of city and citizens.
